Application Procedure and Documents

  • Check for your course and require documents
  • Please download the application form each course’s page and entry necessary information.
    • long-term-course
    • short-term-course
    • zainichi-course
    • privatecourse
  • Application deadline varies on semester. Please check here for details.
  • Interviewing the Application’s interview.　We may reject your application upon documents.
  • The result will be announced within 1 week.
  • Please submit your application documents within the period.Successful Student has to submit the application documents by mail.
  • The application documents will be submitted to the Tokyo immigration bureau for authority investigation. And the
  • authority investigation is around 3 months
  • Please transfer Admission fee, Tuition Fee and Student insurance fee to school specified account.
  • The institute will send the original copy of the certificate of eligibility. After tuition fees be confirmed, the institute will send the original copy of the certificate of eligibility by mail.
  • Please obtain student visa at Japanese embassy in your country
  • Immigration Entry to Japan
  • Registering your address and national health insurance after immigration.
